Map out the vision for your business over the next 5 years. It's a long-term commitment, and you want to make sure that you're on the same page.
Start early in the authority process. While some states are not regulated at all other states are heavily regulated in terms of moving Industries and you might encounter some bottlenecks that are outside of your own control that's why it's one of the first things that we like to tackle.

a. Junk Removal. This requires a dump charge, which means you'll either break even [as a favor to a customer] or you'll need to upcharge. If people are moving, offer both services--moving AND junk removal.
b. Furniture moving.
c. Appliance delivery. Home Depot offers this service.
d. Appliance repair.
